Thank you to the local Sauvie Island riders who inspired and pushed this project to completion.
We used an image of an osprey which are widely seen and heard throughout the island. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this jersey will be donated to The National Audubon Society (Audubon) which is a non-profit environmental organization dedicated to conservation.
The island received the name “Sauvés Island” after Laurent Sauvé, a French-Canadian who managed a dairy for the Hudson’s Bay Company in the 1830s and 1840s. It is predominantly farmland and wildlife refuge and is a popular place for picking pumpkins, hunting geese and bicycling.
I LOVE to ride my bicycle and it shows. These jerseys are not just candy for the eyes. Wearing bright colors, cool and comfortable, moisture wicking fabrics coupled with 4-way stretch mesh side panels makes these jerseys an easy choice for all your rides.
